Don't move in here!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Where do I start... The management here is a joke. They are so rude and not helpful at all. I waited in their lobby while the manager chatted away for 20 minutes and nobody else was around. Don't expect them to help you with anything. The rent is definetely not worth the price for the apartment you get. Our carpet is so horrible and the building is filthy. I have asked them to spray off the area around our door that is covered in cobwebs and it was never completed. The cabinets are all chipped and don't get me started on the garbage disposal. It sounds like a chainsaw and when I asked to have it fixed he told me that they only replace it if a glass rattles off the counter and breaks. Mine rattles but won't fall off the counter so I am out of luck. The toilet isn't even connected to the floor and they have tried to fix it. The air conditioner is so loud. They told me someone broke off the low setting on the fan so it blasts on high which makes it hard to cool so last summer I paid 400 dollars a month in cooling my 2 bedroom apartment. The air conditione flooded our hallway twice.I swear they paint the walls with baby power. Don't rub a bag or car seat against it or there will be a white stripe across it. When I moved in there were dead bugs in all the light fixtures that they did clean out for me when they had to change the bulbs. Last spring we had a major problem with tiny beetles and earwigs and they had to spray every month. The walls are so poorly insulated I get to hear my neighbor snore every night. My neighbor had her backpack stolen off her doorstep while her door was open and she ran upstairs. I constantly hear my neighbors complain about the prices going up. We are moving out so I won't have to deal with that. It is hard to find a parking spot. The only good thing I can say about it is the park across the street and the location near the 101 and shopping. I definitely would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
