Most Impossible Mgmt team to deal with!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/15/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I agree with everyone that has a negative comment about this place. I have lived here for over 2 years. Since the new managemet took over it's been an awful nightmare!! Mario being the biggest problem of all!! This guy thinks he's "Ten feet Tall and Bulletproof" when in actuality he's more like 3' tall. Not one resident that I have spoke to at that property has one good thing to say about that guy, much less the entire team. In addition, they have a 60 day renewal policy that was recently added to the lease, I know plenty of people that got screwed on that one, fortunately I didn't b/c I was proactive, service repair orders-takes them forever to get around to you, and that's of course if they don't lose it the first time around. The grounds are filthy, dog poop everywhere and the dog bag stations are always empty. Customer Service-what's that'' These people are rude, unprofessional and not helpful in any capacity. Gated community'' Yah right..the gates were broken for 2.5-3 months at one pt. I finally made a comment to the incompetent staff about it, and they told me that it takes time for the company to come out to do the repair. I mentioned that I should deduct a portion of my rent since the whole reason I moved there was that it was "gated community! Another time my dog (and a few others) got electrocuted (shocked) on one of the light posts as he was walking by! The turn over is insane...constantly new people and rift raft amongst the most recent slew of residents to bombard the community. This place is a joke! I could go on and on, but it's simply not worth the aggravation. FYI: I would be sure to get every conversation you have with these people in writing, they lose things, they do not provide you with what you ask for in a timely fashion etc etc etc. If you like to be aggravated this is the place to live...
