I was late on rent a couple times, anywhere from a few days to fifteen days. I offered to pay the full rent a little late and pay the fees during my next pay period which would have made the fees almost a month late. They stonewalled me and said, "we don't accept partial payment!". I said, "I didn't ask you if you accept partial payment, I said I can pay the full rent now and the fees in two weeks" They said, "we don't accept partial payment". I said, "thanks alot" and moved out. The grounds people will come and run weedwhackers next to your door at 7:00 AM in the morning. They will scrape against the walls and make it impossible for you to sleep. You can yell at them but they will ignore you. Like any apartment that isn't a luxury community, there is a bit of a musty smell from skanky renters before you. The refrigerators are total ghetto and I can't remember if the dishwasher worked or if I even had a dishwasher. As i recall, it was also ghetto. If you have a decent movie theater system, expect your neighbors to knock on your door to have it turned down. Don't expect to use the fireplace but maybe once or twice as Arizona is all ready one big fireplace. My fireplace fell apart and looked ghetto after that. Weeds grew in my patio rocks. They told me to cut them down. I kicked the dry tumbleweeds out into the parking lot so the crazy wheedwhackers could get them. "They're your crappy landscaping rocks, I didn't plant weeds under there" i said to myself. I would rather not say when I rented there. Parking was a little dicey for any more than one guest. The spa is nice but sometimes, swiss family robinson comes down to the pool and ruins it for everyone. Their workout facility snapped into pieces when i tried to use it. I should have said, "i don't accept partial workout equipment" and given them the proverbial birdie.

Um, pay your rent on time and that would probably help your cause a lot. You can't complain if you aren't paying!
