I feel I'm getting what I paid for. $600/month. It's well kept up, neighbors are nice, feels like a safe area. Like my unit pretty well, though the carpet and cabinets need updating. A good college or right-after-college apartment. Repairs have been prompt. Staff have been nice. The gym is quite modest--nothing a serious work-outer would want to use. Pool and hot tub are fine--nice laying out area. I picked this apt online before moving, but did have a friend check it out before hand. Basically I'm happy with it--but ready for a more upper-scale apartment next--as soon as I can afford it.
