Don't leave your valuables in your car at Hayden Park, especially if you live near Hayden entrance. By that I mean tools, car stereos, anything that looks like it would get $20 at the pawn shop. I was broken into 2 times and had a hit and run damage on my car once. I've seen numerous other car windows broken as well.

Otherwise, my 3 years went well. Management is quick to fix stuff and mine had new carpet.

Also, late fees are steep. Like $25 for 2 days late. Don't even think about going more than a week or so.

Treadmill was so lousy when I lived there. I'm only 190 lbs but it couldn't take my weight. The tread would stop rolling if I stepped in the wrong spot, so it was like I was running trying to avoid the "puddles" Talk about dangerous!

I also like the light and the layout of the units. Nice people in neighboring units.

Also, if you want to barter a little when renewing a lease they are willing to take a few dollars off, so my rent got cheaper every year. I appreciated that.
