These places look OK but when you move in... nothing works... the 1970's original air-conditioning units just cant keep the old place cool enough to even sleep at night ... expect APS bills to run $175 a month in the summer, this place is a cash cow for the owners... and beware of the THEIF'S that patrol the parking lots and in the office... Oh and one more thing... no matter what they tell you, they are going to keep your deposit!!! they are liars! run for your life, I hope the office gets hit by a metor!
