The office staff needs to learn some hospitality and the saftey is very poor. Do not believe them when they tell you how secure and safe the property is.

This apartment complex is NOT customer friendly at all! The people in the office are VERY COLD, all they care about is the dollars they are getting from their renters! If you already live here and sign another lease, the rent is going up $100.00 or more! Yes, across the board! This place isn't worth that much, trust me! I would NOT recommend this complex at all. Besides, if they raise the rent that much, there should be improvements inside the apartments, nope, they don't offer any good incentive to stay, at all.

I have lived here for two years. My rent went up only $25 dollars. I got an additional ceiling fan and the offer of a free carpet cleaning when I renewed my leasem plus $100 off the first month's rent upon renewal. I love it here and have never had a single bad experiece. The staff is absolutely friendly, concerned and quick to resolve any and all issues.
