I lived at Hayden Park for a total of appx 10 years. I moved out and moved back in. I would live there again. The grounds were clean, maintance was great and responded quickly. When I moved out on both occasions I got my deposit back. Trick was I left the place like I found it. The staff was great. I would refer any one here. Folks that visited me would commet on how nice the place was. My rent never went up a lot.
