this place is the worst apartment i have ever lived in. the office staff is horrible. The worst one is carima, she is a ----- till the day you move out. this place will nickle and dime you till the very end. we had a cat in our apartment which they charge you a 200.00 refundable deposit and a 150 non refundable. well dont expect the refundable deposit back even if you leave the unit spotless. i cant say enough bad about this complex and the managment company. the rent prices are rediculous and the policies are crazy. after moving out expect a bill for cleaning and damages even if there arent any.
