I just moved out of Hayden Park Apartments. My unit was a bit old and run down in some ways. Many apartments have been remodeled, so hopefully if you get my old one, it will be as well. They are a bit over priced, but that is Scottsdales fault, not Hayden Parks fault. I would have renewed if not for finding out that I was having a child and needing a house. My renewal option was at the same price and a free carpet cleaning. The maintenance is great and they do a great job of keeping the place clean and fixed my issues quickly. I have never had a issue with noise or unwelcome nieghbors. I would recommend them as long as you get a remodeled unit.
