I've lived at Hayden Park for the past year and have loved it here. The only reason I am leaving is the high rent. I'm paying $749 for a one bedroom and I feel like I can find a cheaper rent somewhere else, however the location is amazing! Noise has not been an issue, I can hear people outside but once they get inside their place, it s quiet.
I have an updated unit, granite countertops in bath and kitchen, ceramic tile in the hallway and kitchen, and my place has great closet space, plus washer and dryer in unit! The workout facilities and pool are all really nice. And surprisingly enough, not over crowded. I've gone to the pool on a Sunday afternoon and had the place to myself!
Any time I have an issue (bathtub clogged, lightbulb out, dryer error message, etc.) maintenance is at my door within a day or so. They are all so friendly too.
Overall if you can afford it, I highly recommend this place.
