	My prison term at Oasis/heathertree has been just that. Section 8 should clue you. People pissing anywhere outside(oh so healthy). Unattended young children wandering parking lot day and night. Drug busts that make room for more dealers. Car thefts & ... more

	I have lived at Heathertree, now the Oasis of Scottsdale, for over 14 years. It's never been perfect, but these last 2 years are the worst--4 management companies and 7 managers in the last 21 months, neighbors who are drugged/drunk ... more
