Yes, I lived at the property, and it was nice. You the Residents do not know is that there IS a WEAR & TEAR law. When a Tenant moves out of an apartment, there should MOVE-OUT inspection. Get the DAMAGE in writing. Take photos of when you move-out. I have take every landlord (in the past 3 years) to court over this WEAR & TEAR issue. They cannot charge for the shampoo of the carpets unless there are noticable stains. They will charge for holes in the walls, broken windows, etc. If you moved in with a Redecorators fee.....You should not have to pay a second time to redecorate. Come one people, you do not live in California where there IS NO SUCH THING AS WEAR & TEAR!!
