Puuhhhleeeeezzzz!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/11/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   If all of the below comments were made by actual tenants (not management), why don't you post your real names' "Anonymous" just proves you don't live here. This place is EVERYTHING the REAL tenants have said it is. I hold office management and Alliance residential completely responsible. You can go into the office any day of the week and find Heather yelling at a tenant, Laurie trying to pull her head out of her *** and the others just looking like they can't wait to find a REAL job. Furthermore, the complex was not in need of any of the improvements they recently spent money on. 1. They repainted - it didn't need it! How about spend some money on the ancient appliances and plumbing problems that just about every tenant I've talked to have had' 2. How about some REAL security. (not the worthless number you have to call in case of emergency) Come on! Just about every apartment complex provides that now. 3. Last summer, every single pool on the premises was shut down by the fire marshall due to a broken fence a small child could have climbed through. It stayed that way for almost 2 weeks. Bottom line, the cosmetic issues they spent money on were a feable attempt to get renters in here. I promise you, they won't try to keep you here. When I first moved in here and the place was under old management, there were only 4 available 2 bedroom units and the 3 bedrooms were on a wait list. Now, I can count 6 apartments just in my area that are vacant and the 3 bedrooms are always available. That should give you an indication of how badly they understand the business they are in. Plus, all my neighbors pay less than I do for the same unit. Rent has gone down in North Scottsdale. That's un-heard of! I would LOVE to post my real name but some other tenants and I are thinking of joining up with the tenants that had to move out because their health was compromised by the mold and discussing our issues with an attorney. I'll keep everyone posted on how that goes.
