I am a previous resident of Arabian Trails apt ( Run by ALLIANCE management).
I thought I will keep you informed about some unfortunate incidents here and share some thoughts.
My lease period ended on Dec 31st 2002 and moved out following the process.

Couple of days later I personally went to Apartment office and checked for fines.

The office people said everything is fine. Also I gave the new address and contact info.

Exactly after one month I received a letter from a collection agency to pay $790

( 580$ fines , $200 as collection agency charges).



Regarding Arabian trails. I was never contacted by any means.



It is surprising that even with all contact info why they didn’t try to contact me.

More surprising is how come it went to a collection agency in just 35 days .
Later on, I did some research on this apartment in general and found that it has a



Consistently low Rating.




So I am in touch with some local news channels to bring this to media and make the public cautious. If any of you have similar incidents and like to share please inform me.







I believe together we can respond in a more efficient way.
