Never Rent There From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/27/2003 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001   When I lived at Arabian Trails there was nothing but problems. We had several leaks in our apartment to the point it became dangerous. Once was a leak in my bathroom above the bathtub which took them a couple of weeks to patch up so I had to use the other bathroom to shower and of course it smelled. Probably a good chance for mold as well. The other leaks happened near one of our ceiling fans and of course maintenance hardly did anything about it. In fact the leaks near the ceiling fan dropped dirty contaminated water right into my cats food and water dishes and I had to throw it away so she wouldnt get sick. The management was also terrible in handling our problems so I finally had to take my complaint to the state level as well as the Better Business Bureau and of course the management company. The onsite management was rude and did very little to help. They also never offered us anything as a way to apologize like free rent or anything. They did nothing for us. We also had ripped up stuff under the kitchen sink which was there since the day we moved in. Many of the stuff that needed to be fixed from the first day also never got repaired. We also had to deal with problem neighbors who were very loud and also allowed their dogs to crap anywhere they pleased. The first year we lived there we also had deal with some racist neighbor who wanted to have a fight with me even though he parked in our covered spot. We also had to deal with kids throwing eggs at our apartment and a couple of neighbors who got upset because a poor cat was meowing on our back porch looking for food and water. I had to really lay it into these new neighbors to leave the cat alone. Luckily one of our other neighbors knew who the cat might have belonged to. Drug use also seemed to be happening with our neighbors as well. We finally moved out of there and it was the best move we ever made. Those considering this complex to live, dont bother. It is a bad place to live in and we were glad to move.
