We've lived at A.T. since August of 2002. Our experience was and is completely fantastic.

When we moved in we carefully did a walk through. The kitchen counters were old and scratched. We noted this, and within a week had new counter surfaces.

We have a second floor 2 BR, 2 BA. We love the high ceilings and clerestory windows. However, during the summer there was just too much wonderful natural light. I stopped in at the office and asked if we could put tint on the windows. They said "sure" but ALSO offered to install mini blinds if we'd prefer. Great! We can adjust the light and still enjoy the clerestories.

The balcony is, compared to other apartments we looked at..HUGE! We love to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the evening!

We have, like every tenant in history, had to call maintenance. WEll, not "call"..we've made it a policy to submit every maintenance request in writing...and you know what' Maintenance has been overwhelmingly great! Prompt, friendly..( Our favorite maintenance guy is Joe who always goes an extra mile.

We pay our rent on time, keep our place neat, aren't loud... Maybe that's why the office staff has been really good and professional.

We use the pool almost every day ( three of the hot tubs are heated year round, but only the main pool is heated. The pools have been well kept and NEVER CLOSED, except for routine maintenance ( like shock), during opening hours.

I don't know what the problem has been with others who have written here...maybe we are exceptionally lucky..but I don't think so!
