I just want to say that I know alot of the tenants have had problems since "Alliance" took over the property a couple of years ago. The rules are so strict!! The staff has their hands tied! The rules that the "Alliance group" have are somtimes so unfair! consequently, the staff has no real say to what they can and cannot do,,,It's not realy their fault! As far as Heather,the manager, is concerned....She is just doing her job!! Heather has been the one that has helped solve problems for me so just get off her back!!!
