I lived in this nightmare of a complex for 3 years. I was never in a position to move with a small child attending a wonderful nearby school whenever my lease was up so I always stuck it out. Plus, they always managed to convince me things would get better and that free months rent was so enticing to renew. When I first moved into ATrails I was in search of a reasonably priced, safe apartment in the school district I was determined to keep my child in. So I was probably like most of you when I saw the beautiful mature landscaping, spanish hacienda style architecture and thought I had found a real gem. Boy was I rudely awakened. They got me out of my lease LEGALLY. And let me tell you...Rotten, unscrupulous property management companies HATE these guys cuz they are successfully turning the tables on them and giving rights back to the tenants. For about 2/3rds of one months rent, they got me out of my lease AND provided me with 4 hours of legal services with a wonderful attorney who smashed their legal team before the case even went before a judge. Let's just say that as soon as they saw ATA's attorney coming at them, they dropped their case. They new they blew it, but it makes me feel for those unfortunate tenants who don't know the dirty tricks these guys will try playing with you. They flat out broke the law in my case and my attorney was my only saving grace because I wouldn't have known it on my own.

On a side note, maintenance issues were my #1 biggest complaint when living at ATrails. ATA will send out a qualified inspector who will inspect the interior of your unit as well as all the common grounds. The inspector ATA hired for me had almost 10 years in the business and had NEVER seen so many safety violations in one inspection. There were 181 TOTAL violations inside and out of my apartment.

If you're ready to leave and you feel stuck cuz the end of your lease is nowhere in sight, seriously, call these guys!
