They are letting anybody rent here now. I moved in last winter and now it's fall and Arabian Trails is a totally different and worse place now. Management is not keeping the landscaping like they used to, except by the manager's office. It's the only place you will find colorful flowers! Our air conditioner could barely keep our apt at 80 degrees in the summer, but the manager's office was always a cool 72-75! Our fire extinguisher outside is expired and this is definitely a fire code violation. The last good maintenance man, Scott, quit in March and they go through them like fish through water. Neanderthal 18-25 young men rule the apartment complex without consideration of their neighbors. They usually work in construction and drive noisy trucks. I never saw that many trucks last winter, now construction/work trucks are everywhere. Anyways,these neanderthals are always drinking beer and fighting on the weekends so we can count on not sleeping well on friday and saturday nights.
We aren't renewing our lease and this change has actually pushed us to buy a house sooner than we expected, so thank you Arabian Trails!!!
