Colonial Properties Trust is the new management here at Arabian Trails Apartments. AS a resident I have observed the many management companies overseeing this complex and to say the least....Colonial Properties Trust is the worst! The leasing consultants are very unprofessional and unorganized. The manager Diane Austin is very FAKE! She acts as if she is on top of everything but in reality she is just like a POLITICIAN! MY worst experience living here is the office and maintenance! I really do not like the office staff because they have proven to me that they do not care about the residents. As for the maintenance, it takes them soo long to fix anything. The landscaping sucks and dog poop is everywhere! I don't trust the office at all with my personal information. This property s going down hill. It use to be a luxury place to live but I swear it is like living low-class. I decided tat I will be moving out at the end of my lease.

DO NOT RECCOMMEND!
