Paradise Point apts. and Unfortionatly Arabian Trails in Scottsdale. Out of the two Paradise Point was Paradise! Arabian Trails is hell! If you are looking for an apt complex close to this area I strongly advise that you keep looking! Do Not Rent here! I could write a book on the hazards,complaints,loudness,thieving and slumliness we have gone through living here. Check with the Better Business Bureau They'll confirm this complex is in POOR standing! Do all the research ou can to verify this place should be shut down or bought out by a respectable management company. In short don't rent here unless You are a single moronic bum that likes to drink,party all hours of night with no consideration of your neighbors, don't mind everything in your vehicle being stolen and you could care less about your quality of life and where you live'''' If you a in any way responsible,single or with a faimly Please don't rent here! You'll be real sorry.
