Before you rent anywhere.word of advice: [Always ask around and find out about the quality of the maintenance staff!]

My experience was HELL! What happened to me should not have happened to anyone! First off, the maintenance team takes too long to fix anything. I had a plumbing problem in my master bathroom from the toilet. My toilet would not flush and outside in the courtyard of my apartment, I noticed SEWAGE puddles in the ground. I knew this was a problem creating. I called maintenance and they came around 4 days later to investigate the problem. (NEVER FIXED IT) Before you know it..2 weeks went by without hearing from them at all. My toilet overflooded with sewage and backed up "MESS" in which all of this could have been avoided!!!! My bathroom was destroyed completely.
I stormed down to the office to complain to Management...Diane Austin, she blew me off as if she didn't care. She stated to me that she would take care of it and have maintenance fix it right away! No one ever came, I had to call a professional company to clean the mess and fix the problem. I had water and mildew damages. I got sick and went to the hospital. Luckily I only had a 3 months left on my lease....I MOVED OUT!
DO NOT RENT HERE! Diane Austin the manager and the MAintenance here needs to improve on their communication and professionalism!
