Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2005
 
Cockroaches, mold, mildew, bad landscaping, rude management, unattended children, careless pet owners, faulty lighting, bad parking, poor maintenance, unprofessional office staff. Do NOT RENT here! and if you do GET A LAWYER and KNOW YOUR RIGHTS as a tenant!
