Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
After notifying the management that my lease was coming to and end, I agreed to sign a new lease. I take time off of work to go to the management office, and they cannot find my file or lease information. I make an appointment to come back on the fourth of the month (due to a 3 day weekend) to sign the lease and pay rent. I show up to the appoinment and sign the lease. As I am writing my check for rent, they procede to tell me that there is a late fee for not paying the rent ontime... I have lived at this complex for over 2 years and have never been late paying rent... They refused to waive the fee, even though the rent was late due to THEIR neglagence...
Trust me, you do not want to live in this complex... The management is unprofessional and combative... I have had maintenance problems that were not handled in a timely fashion... I am also paying more for my apartment than they are currently offering it to new tenants... At one point, I walk out onto my porch to find 2 total strangers with a key to their new apartment (MY APARTMENT) which was just rented to them...
