Do NOT rent here. I lived here for almost 4 years and they are the worst they have ever been right now. The manager has no clue what is going on and tries to cover everything up. The apartment above me had a mold test done and they found tons of mold, the guy moved out and is suing. They went in and painted his apartment, that was it and re-rented it to someone else within a week. I was supposed to move to a 3 bedroom on the other side of the complex because I had mold and the day I was supposed to move, the apt. I was to move into was filthy with dog food even on the floor and stained carpet. We had to put off moving for a week then we were told that they had already rented our old apt. and maintenence went into my old apt. before they keys had to be turned in and they told me not to worry I wouldn't be charged any damage or cleaning fees just to get my last couple things out. Then a month later I get a notice on my door that I owe over $150, so I call and they tell me it is for cleaning and damages to my old apartment. I have had to call their corporate office many times because the manager there sucks. I had two floods in my old apartment the 3 years I lived there so I know there is tons of mold and within a week of me moving out, someone else was moving in. My kids got horribly sick and the office knowingly is still renting these moldy apartments. I think the state needs to come out and inspect this place. Oh, and there are tons of termites on every building.

People like you two are incapabable of getting along with anybody." haw haw what a effed up loser i no for a fact that tracy and igotyer is both white folks so thats proof u phxresident cant even git along wit yer own peeps. everone nos u phxresident dum applied fer section 8 an wuz turned down cuz ya didnt pass the background check. yer mad cuz ya cant get no section 8. most of them folks on section 8 at saddleback is white anywayz...haw haw cept u cuz u cant git jack...no house, no job, no girl. yer a looooooooooooooer with a captal L.
