I've lived in this complex since 1999 and keep renewing my lease because of the elementary school and the nice neighborhood in the North Ranch area behind us. Of ALL the management companies this place has gone through, this one is probably the worst (and this conclusion was difficult to come to as they have all been bad). The leasing staff is the worst, with just a few exceptions. They even have a temp in there right now who is very kind but doesn't know too much and they don't have time to train him, so I pray for him and hope he finds something better than this.

The bookkeeper is extremely rude and tempermental, and the manager is definitely a politician. I know they are struggling to find a good maintenance crew, and I find the housekeeping crew to be the heartiest, most caring individuals in the bunch.

I've always suspected drug activity in this complex but have no proof. Vandalism is prevalent at night and I believe renters are allowing their "friends" to live with them, which would explain all the young 18-25 hot-rodders who rip through the parking lot with their stereos booming.
