The management you have now used to run another apartment complex where I used to live and it was the worst moment in my life. Basically, they allowed a sociopathic bullying neighbor to harass me and twice had me written up on bogus accusations because his ceiling squeaked everytime I walked.
The first time I was written up, I asked them if he was the same tenant that picked a fight with me six months earlier. They lied to me saying it was a different tenant.
The second time, I asked if it was the same tenant that complained about me in the past. They lied again saying it was someone else.
When I complained both times, it became clear to me that they were more interested in protecting that creep than taking any action against him. Both written warnings stayed in my file and no disciplinary action was ever taken against him.
I should add that I lived at that complex for seven years and I went through the first five years with no incident. It was only during the last two years I was living there that both the bullying neighbor moved in and the now current management of Arabian Trails took over management at the complex I used to live in that the problems started. It eventually led to me moving out.
In short, if a neighbor harasses you or gives you problems, they will not help you, you're on your own.

The above post was written by a guy who goes by IDs phxresident and therealphxresident. He posts the same post over and over again on different boards. As you will notice he even says on here that this isn't the apartment he's talking about but another one. He had to do that because he was kicked off the other apartment's forum for his lies. He's been using anonymous postings lately to try to hide so he can continue to post the same BS. Nothing he writes isn true, he was actually the one harassing other residents. The person who lived below him complained because he stomped around on the floors on purpose and another lady complained because he stood out on his balcony and peered into her apartment window. He was caught fondling himself looking at women bathers at the pool. That's when he was made to leave. He did not buy a house as he claims. He is a poor perv at loose in god knows which complex now.

"Anonymous 3/11/07", I believe you're the bullying scumbag that bullied, harassed and threatened your upstairs neighbor and now like the spineless coward you are, you're posting libelous and defamatory comments about someone who never did anything to you. Or maybe you're the leasing consultant that wrote the upstairs tenant up on B.S. accusations. Management eventually relieved you of your duties because they said you were on a "power trip".
Whether you're the bullying tenant or the nasty leasing consultant, one thing's certain: mixing mentally unbalanced Section 8/welfare tenants too lazy to work with responsible law-abiding tenants who have no use for any kind of assistance is a mistake and there needs to be a law to make that illegal. Ten years ago, well before Saddleback began participating in Section 8, Saddleback used to be a very nice community. Once in a while, there might be one problem tenant or two, but at least there wasn't the epidemic of troublesome tenants at Saddleback like people like yourself going on right now. I believe there needs to be a system that separates Section 8/welfare bums from the more responsible law-abiding tenants. Had such a system been in place, people like the person who wrote that review wouldn't have a problem with lowlife scumbags like yourself. Once Saddleback began participating in Section 8 between late 2002/early 2003, they should have notified all the non-Section 8 tenants about this. The quality of life in the complex fell very quickly.
People like you like to come up with deliberate false accusations against responsible law-abiding tenants because you're all a bunch of losers coming from broken families or single welfare mothers who brought you in this world just for that welfare check. People like you never make a positive impact with your lives and you never will because you're too stupid and hateful to get along with anybody in this world. Your only step up will be when you're locked up in jail. At least it's the only way you'll always be fed and you'll always have a roof over your head. All you do is spend the rest of your life putting down and defaming people who live more responsible lives than you.
You entered this world as a loser and you'll leave this world as a loser.

Well well well. Anonymous #1 must be part of management. The fact that you responded to the negative reviewer in such a childish and unprofessional manner blaming the reviewer instead of accepting responsibility for yourself and that you willingly subject your tenants to dangerous situations says everything about you.
