The management here is very unprofessional and the place is falling apart. Diane is the manager and her staff are idiots. MY EXPERIENCE LIVING AT ARABIAN TRAILS HAS BEEN A FIASCO TO SAY THE LEAST 3 WKS AFTER I MOVED IN I FOUND OUT MY APT. HAD BLACK MOLD IN ALL THE WALLS sewage problems and I had cockroaches. IT TOOK THE OFFICE OVER A month TO EVEN COME DOWN TO MY APT.WHEN THEY SAW HOW BAD THE SITUATION WAS THEY transferred me into another unit that had old carpet and bad ventilation that irritated my allergies.
I complained to THE OFFICE MANAGER AND MENTIONED THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT before I could get any results.
THE OFFICE MANAGEMENT IS ALWAYS CHANGING AND THEY ARE VERY VERY UNORGANIZED. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION SKILLS. EVERY TIME I WALKED INTO THE OFFICE I FELT UNWELCOME AND I WAS TREATED VERY POORLY. THEY ALWAYS MADE ME FEEL AS IF I HAD NO RIGHT TO ASK TO HAVE SOMETHING FIXED OR LOOKED AT.I WOULD OVER LOOK THE NEGITIVE EXPERIENCES IF THE STAFF WAS KIND TO ME BUT THEY DONT EVEN CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!I PITY THE PERSON WHO MANAGES THIS COMPLEX.THEY ALL ACT LIKE THEY HATE THEIR JOBS.FOR the amount of $$$ money I pay for my rent...YOu would think I would have GREAT service! THat's hard to find nowadays! I DO NOT RECCOMEND this place to anyone!
