There have been police here on a daily basis. It's like they rent to whom ever they find to fill a unit and collect rent money. I have had a problem in my apartment for the last six weeks and the job is still not completed. I find the staff very unconcered with our welfare and our safety. You get woken up at 2:00 am from inconsiderate tenants either screaming, banging on doors, throwing rocks at the windows or driving through the complex going as fast as they want to go. People have been jumped and had their heads smashed in with bottles. When it gets dark, it's as if you take your life in your hands if you go outside for any reason. You have to travel around here in a group to be safe!! People would have to be out of their minds to move here and feel they are getting what they pays for, NOT!!! It is not family friendly at all, nor is it worth what the rents are, it's like ghetto living, the address just happens to be Scottsdale. When my lease is up I have NO problem moving to a nicer location and letting the staff here rent to more low lives!! For godskae, we don't even have microwaves that have turn tables or refriges that have ice makers>
