The only thing worse than the mold and the ancient appliances is the lack of security. Two weeks after I first moved in, my apartment was broken into. Now my car has been broken into twice within the last two months. Each time stealing my stereo, breaking the windows, and taking anything they could find in the car. I reported each break-in to the office with the police report number and asked them to beef up security. A guy on a bike with a flashlight isn't what I was looking for, but that's what I got. I'm moving the moment my lease is up because they won't let me break it, even though I now feel unsafe living here. I'm not the only one. Every week at least two cars have been smashed into. This has been happening for 5 MONTHS! Bottom line - if you don't want all your things stolen, don't live here.
