Extremely nice neighbors From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/29/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   The buildings are made of stone/block, so they are very sound proof. But the block also holds in heat in the summer and cold in the winter. Our electric bill has been over $200 in July/Aug. The neighbors are all very nice, the office staff has been great. My daughter was able to walk to school this year (5th grade).My only complaint, other than cooling costs, would be that the pool/hot tub area closes at 10PM on weekdays, 11PM on weekends. They repaved all the blacktop, and I think it was smoother before, but it looks nicer. From a distance anyway.
