Let's see:
- Serious issues go unaddressed.
- Management doesn't get back to you.
- Office personnel sometimes have attitudes.
- Other tenants have similar concerns about a lack of communication and responsiveness.
- Consensus among tenants, from what I've heard, is that since Patti left it's been all downhill and this new manager, Lea, is not doing a very good job. I tend to agree.
- Rear mailboxes are not well lit and have obstructions where people walk at night to get to them, especially in the areas where teh lights don't shine and have resulted in at least a few stumbles and in some cases injuries for tenants.
- Insulation sucks. Electric bills are very high.
- They decided to reroof the apartments during the rainy and hot season. Not sure what kind of money they saved but it's inconvenient for the tenants, but what do we matter'

All in all, it looks pretty but hope you don't have any issues that require extra work to resolve because you might just be up a creek.
