Like most of the projects going condo that went bust-- they are aggressively seeking renters again because of the TON of empty units left unsold.

What a shock that such a luxury complex would have empty units. Reality kicks in when the average salary of Arizona workers are lowest in the nation; however, they expect rents to equal to Cali rates or near such. People cannot afford these rentals and ones who can more than likely would prefer a house.

It is very confusing, they are taking renters but still selling the units. They have a great location but friends who lived there say you can hear all the other apartments that you sahre a comman wall/floor with, your utilities bills are way high because of thew single pane glass, and the place is full of bugs and walls full of termites. But hey at a cool 1/4 mill for a 1 bedroom in Scottsdale Ranch-ya gotta luv it right?????
