	I have lived at La Privada for 4 years now and have only one remark...if you don't like it.....LEAVE! The management is awesome, the needed repairs have been done in time without any delays.

	Like most of the projects going condo that went bust-- they are aggressively seeking renters again because of the TON of empty units left unsold.

	This is the perfect place to be. Staffs nice, community entertainment provided,nice pool,and provides a car was area. I totally recommend this place.
