It's hit or miss trying to catch the on-site Manager "on-duty" here. We ended up getting a whirl-wind viewing of a 2BR/2BA unit from the Maintenance man. Comparing this property's 2BR/2BA to other Scottsdale offerings in the same $1000 price bracket, we found this place to be nicely renovated, but short on space. Both BRs are small. Both BAs are small. Closet space is SMALL. Laundry equipment is SMALL/stackables. Kitchen is light on cabinet/counter space. Also, NO storage space provided off balcony. If you travel light, this isn't a bad place at all!

The manager's office is closed on Sunday's. Open 10am-6pm M-F & Sat 10am-5pm.
The on site staff work hand in hand with one another, and when the manager is otherwise busy, the capable maintenance person is allowed to show apartment.
Lovely place! Resident's speak well of this place

I am a tenant at Las Hadas and moving to a new home. It is obvious the
person who wrote this did not live at Las Hadas. The grounds are beautiful. The owner bought resort like lounges, umbrellas, and a new
barbacue for the pool area. The Manager is your personal caretaker.
On site repair man."nicely renovated". $1,000 vanaties installed in the
bathrooms, stone counter tops, beautiful fans,new stainless steel appliances,floor to ceiling stone on fireplaces etc etc. It is obvious
this person was turned down for their credit report. This complex is
fantastic. The owner knows how important the tenant is and makes sure
the tenant knows how he feels by being there all the time to provide
a lovely home.
