I moved into my two bedroom in Feb of 2006. I left my apt this Aug due to job
transfer. I read the last comment and cannot believe its the same place I have
lived in. Whoever wrote that must be very upset. Maybe she meant another complex.
I leased a 2 bdrm for 975.00. The rent has not been raised in two years.
All vacant units seem to be remodeled. They are incredible compared to most units.
Everything is upgraded. Expecially the little touches. Designer this and that. The manager is Mothering and I love it. She really cares. To me "professional" means robots managing. No feeling. The manager has been there
since I moved in. Repairs. Immediately. The manager makes sure your happey. I considered a pet. The owner would not allow pets. I was told its a Federal law. The tenant with a dog is disabled. He must have a dog. Its the law. I was told because of barking, and a few tenants not picking up is the reason.
The gym is beyond fablous. The pool has beatiful new lounge chairs and a new
barbacue. The grounds are beautiful. I have lived in apts for 10 yrs. At least 6
complexes. This was home. The best. Especially for what I paid. All I can say
is this was fantastic. I am sorry to leave. The Gym has professonal equipment.
You can tell the owner cares. All the equipment is top of the line.
