I just recommended Las Hadas to a co-worker, and he asked me about the lighting/electrical problems he read about on apartmentratings.com. I was not aware of the any problems because I moved in last month and everything has been working fine, but I asked my property manager anyway. She said that they are aware of the lighting problem and the owner has contracted out an electrician to repair the old wiring system. As of today, all the problems with the electric have been fixed.
There are several reasons why I recommended Las Hadas as a great place to move. These reasons include, all new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops in the kitchen and both bathrooms, new carpet, crown moldings, fireplace with stone facing from ceiling to floor, designer chandelier and ceiling fans, new brass bathroom and kitchen faucets are all extras you usually don't get with apartment living.
Our wrap around patio is great, the grounds are kept clean, the weight room has treadmills, stair climbers, a full free weight stack, several universal machines, and is available 24/7. The hot tub and pool are kept clean, and we have grilled out dinner several times on the large gas grill.
The overall neighborhood is very quite and the location is perfect with its close proximity to the 101 freeway and is located within walking distance to parks, shops, and restaurants.
You get a lot of apartment for the money.
