Since living here I have noticed wierd bugs inside. In the closet there is a brick wall and Ive seen ants crawling in there, I spayed bug spay and they went away. Then I noticed something that looked like termites in my window so I just have to keep my windows shut I guess. There have been other occasions where little bugs were in my sink. Just odd to me that these pests are in the strangest places, and continue to get in somehow. The building is very old and that must have something to do with it.

We have lived in Las Hadas for over four years. In all this time, we have excellent service from the front office and their staff. We have never had ANY bugs in our apartment. Anyone can have an ant get in once in a while! As for the other bugs this person is complaining about, they must be silverfish, and to rid your apartment of them, you have to keep it clean and the kitchen counters cleared off. These "bugs" are harmless but do like being around bedding and clothing. You can carry them from place to place so you may have picked them up from somewhere else. You have to clean the carpet (vacuum) and be a good housekeeper in general.

I also have had major bug issues and have complained over and over it's so ridiculous. My apt is kept in PRISTINE CONDITION you can eat off the carpet and even the bathroom floors! I can't move because they won't let me out of my lease. I have lodged a complaint with the BBB as well.

I have no idea what bugs anyone is talking about. I had a fly in my place once because I left my patio doors open and, gee what would I expect. Never had a problem and have lived here a long time. Dont try to get out of a lease because you want to move by bullying. Accept responsibility for your decision to sign one and respect other people.

SOUNDS LIKE THE MANAGEMENT POSTS HERE JUST TO TRY TO AFFECT THE RATINGS. ITS SO OBVIOUS, READ THE POST FROM "REDBIZ" ON 4/12/2009 FOR EXAMPLE. ONLY SOMEONE FROM THE APT. OFFICE WOULD WRITE THAT.

I have lived here since April 09. I haven't had one bug!! I have seen ants by the pool and on some of the sidewalks. The area is kept very clean and the neighbors are better than any I have had in the last 4 complex I have lived in. I do agree that there are some noise issues with people who stomp upstairs, but I dont hear anything else while in my apartment. I have several friends who live here and they have had no problems either and have lived here for 5 plus years. That is why I decided to move here over several other places.
