This place scammed us for a couple months rent. We listened to the office lady with moving out instructions and later would be told over the phone that it didn't matter what she says and only what the fine print in the contract says. The also tried to charge us another couple hundred dollars for various cleaning fees that weren't justified. The place is nice and the people are friendly, but we heard horrer stories from others after we had our problems.
