I've lived here about about a year and a half now and its been a pleasant stay. The management was very helpful and friendly at first but now management is often very rude, crabby and not extremely helpful. The place is pretty run down and is in definite need of a haul over but the complex is full of nice friendly people. It is usually very quiet except for Fridays when there are football games at the nearby high school. Management gets very mad very quickly whenever your patio goes slightly unattended. This is more of a family oriented complex with many small kids. This is definitely not a party complex and is strictly upheld not to be by management.
