The office staff is nice and friendly and helpful. The neighbors are mostly quiet and nice. However you won't be able to sleep week days due to early morning lawn mowing and leaf blowing machines rated at 500 hp. To be fair I've heard that complaint from a lot of complexes in the Valley. The worst problem is the water which breaks down about 3 times a week. The innocent renter is left without hot water at random periods day and night and without any water while the pipes are being worked on. This makes it impossible to bathe, wash dishes or clothes, or worst of all to use your own toilet. And water outages can last 48 hours. Despite the profuse apologies, the fact remains that the tenant is not receiving critical services paid for in advance. Some of the residents are threatening to boycott.
