While they may look good when going on a tour, the apartments themselves have the thinnest walls. You can hear everything people do above, below, and next to you, and I mean everything! I thought having "free" cable would be great. There are at least 2 or 3 channels that go out every week and dont work for at least 3 or 4 days. Its really annoying! The office personal seems friendly and helpful when signing a lease, but afterwards they are rude, unhelpful, and incompetent. You call the office one day and ask a question, and they transfer you three or four times to other people who still dont know the answer! They charge ridiculous fees. And dont believe them when they say that they will call or email you when parking passes come out. I waited for them to do this and ended up getting towed. When I went to the office and told them that no one had emailed me to let me know they had parking passes, they said there was nothing they could do. I ended up having to pay $175 cash to get my car back! The dishwasher does not work! The dishes come out dirtier than when they went in. I have had them come to "fix" it 3 times. Finally, i have just started handwashing everything. I would not live here. I can't wait to move out!!!
