Every time I went into the office there were new people working there. The maintenance staff was consistent and did an okay job. The problem came with having two cars. There is tons of unassigned parking at one end and none at the other end. It is a very small complex that backs up to a high school so you get to hear the marching band in the mornings and all the kids going to school.
