I agree. The manager is very fake. I lived there for 6 months, paid ($2K) to break my lease..it was worth it. The manager will never address any noise or other problem. My friend who hasn't been able to escape yet told me the place has become so terrible that the witch even moved off property...wonder why' Drugs are a problem even though the property is surrounded by schools. Which reminds me: No need to set your alarm here. On school days, the Star-Spangeled banner begins to play over the school's LOUD intercom system and you can hear it even in the apts facing Hayden road. They set off fireworks at the school some nights. Remember the sounds of marching bands at ball games' You will here.

The walls aren't thin between apts, but the neighbors are LOUD walking by...even in the wee hours of the mornings. The people here are the ones with severe relationship problems who scream and argue outside constantly. The others party on their balconies and the noise echos throughout the courtyards. Cigarette butts everywhere. The cops are here often. The manager will tell you there is no crime problem here, but cars have been vandalized.

Maintenance is nice, but usless. The witch won't let them repair things. They only "fix" them. And they falll apart later.

It's really very sad that the manager sucks and rides a broom. This place could be wonderful if there was proper management, who lived on site, and really cared. Maybe a bit of professional makeup and non-shaggy dog hairstyle would make the manager feel better about herself. Then she could be nicer to everyone. But again, a person couldn't wear that much makeup.

Don't think about reporting crime, illegal activity (ie. drugs), or loud noise. She'll just send a message to you that she doesn't know what you expect her to do. But YOU should call the police and handle the situation. Um' Isn't that's why she gets a pay check'

Anyway, the property is listed on the internet for sale. Check it out on Google. Maybe then the neighborhood will be safe, clean, and orderly...and the witch will have to work in some other dump.
