I am currently a resident at the Miramonte and have felt, until recently, that it is a fairly safe and decent place to live. As previously stated by other residents, the managment here is quite poor. In fact there is not much "managing" going on here at all, so resident noise levels, activities, and the grounds are getting out of conrol.(And trust me, I'm a VERY easy going person so It's got to be bad.) Thankfully, I have not had to deal directly with the manager too much, but it is clear that she has some definite problems. Her demeanor can range from innapropriate to frightening, and frankly, I feel sorry for her. It's obvious to everyone that to approach her with a problem or concern is a bad (and possibly traumatic) idea. With new management, I think this could be a very pleasant place, but for now, things are going downhill in a hurry.
