I cannot say how thrilled I was when I heard the property had been sold and we have new management. I have had the opportunity to meet both Patrick and Michael and I must say they are very professional and kind. I am no longer afraid to go into the office and we are already noticing some changes around the property. I have spoken to other people here and they are very pleased with the new owners too. I have lived here for 5 years and was seriously considering leaving when my lease is duee in the spring. I will not be leaving now thanks to the new owners. I am confident this place will be excellent once again.
