I'm going to renew. Office staff professional, responsive and friendly. Maintenance staff professional, responsive, competent and thorough.
Grounds being upgraded. New furniture at pool. Remodeled units are gorgeous.

My only suggestion is better lighting in parking areas, replaster and retile pool and gate the community.

Neighbors and other residents are friendly and neighborly.
