People have bashed Robin and Perry to no end on here, but I never had any problems getting things fixed. The maintence guy Ty was the best, always same day service. He would at least look at the problem right away to order what he needed. As for the noise, yes I had an extremely noisly nieghbor that was evicted. The parking is still a joke. There are so many non-running vehicles parked in the prime open spots its ridiclous. The maintence is Sllloooww. Don't expect miracles. THe office manager hides in a bunker that could be caled an office with all the blinds closed. Bobby is very nice though. Extremely pleasant although I have only spoke to her a few times. The so called property improvements involve a slap of paint, an epoxy on your bathtub and some ugly red decorations outdoors that don't match the property at all. The landscaping is a little improved. The trash is always overflowing becasue they're so cheap here its only collected once a week now and there is litter everywhere becuase of it.
