I've only lived here for about 3 weeks, so hopefully i wont be posting an update in another couple months...but so far I think its a great place for the price. I got a good deal on a 6 month lease, even the month-to-month option was reasonable. I lived in San Tropez before this and you couldn't PAY me to move back there, so i was nervous about ending up in the same situation, especially living here after i read the reviews!!

this place looks older on the outside but its definitely in better shape, the interiors of the apts are re-done and have newer kitchens and carpets. The apartments are clean and its definitely quiet. The pool is very nice and never over-crowded, it has nice bbq's and cute little cabanas. on the weekends there are quite a few people there who are all friendly and just relaxing, nothing too crazy.

So far the office has been very friendly and helpful, they have had my maintenance issues fixed in the same day, once on a saturday. They've been very helpful and friendly so far!

Parking is an issue for my guests about 40% of the time, but they just have to walk a little farther to the end of the complex where there is ample parking. I have an assigned space though so I don't have a problem. I have my own washer/dryer and I got a great deal when I moved in, so I am definitely happy so far. I live on the side of the complex that does not face the street, and I am on the top floor; both things i have learned are a MUST if you don't want to risk hearing your neighbors breath.

theres an elementary school across from me but i only hear the kids in the mornings when im outside, so far i havent heard them from inside my apt.
